About Company
VCS was established in Shanghai by Benesse Group in July 2002. It is the first Japanese company engaged in consultancy for call centers in China.

In recent years call centers have been growing in China due to the demand and need to provide quality services to customers. To pace with this demand that is coming from Chinese, Japanese, European and American enterprises that are developing their business in the China market VCS has been providing various consultancy services including preparation of CRM strategy, promotion planning, operational implementation, and study and assessment of current call centers. It also provides services for inbound, outbound dispatch operators, supervisors, and call center managers to our client sites through our call center outsourcing partner.
